My rear brake is playing up. At first there was too much lever needed to make the pads make contact with the disc. So I adjust the cable so that i needed to pull the lever less to get some bite
But now, if I pull the lever too hard then there is a ping sound and the rear brake disingages and it will only bite again if I readjust the brake cable. I've checked that the cable isn't slipping and that the cable isn't catching in the tube.
Everything seems fine.
Anyone know what this issue is?
