Direct number for bt anyone?

just wondered if anyone knew a way of bypassing the appalling customer services phone service from bt with a direct number.
I've just got in and they've delivered a hub, vision box and some other stuff that was cancelled over a week ago. spent 20 minutes being messed about on various wild goose chases before being put through to india where they wanted to send me a returns bag and carry two parcels a mile across town to the post office . told 'em where to get off.
hopeless.i'm not even a customer.

If you're sure they were cancelled, then I think they count as unsolicited goods. Make sure BT knows you have them, and ask them to make arrangements for them to be collected.

You don't have to do anything else. If they don't collect within a certain time, they're yours.

Thanks, i've emailed and phoned so they do know. may not go any further if i can keep them. could be some stuff on ebay shortly! will try the link in case i change my mind
