Just got my new turbo out but for the life of me I can't actually get my tyre to touch the resistance unit. Anyone else had similar problems?

Does it have different holes below the motor unit to move closer?

Turn the black dial then push the blue lever down?

It has two sets of holes but have put it in the top holes as pet instructions. Problem with the knob is I'm not quite sure which way to turn it and it's so small it's hard to get a good trip on it.

I was given a much older TACX model. I had the same problem until I discovered the dial. As you posted - adjust the dial, then engage the roller by pressing the lever down until it locks.

If you don't adjust the dial enough, the tyre will slip. If you overdo it, it will be difficult to lock the lever down and the tyre will be pressed too hard against the roller, which will probably make it wear quicker.
