Bought first bike 20 days ago was determined to do 54 miles in one ride before my 54th birthday in aug just done 55 miles need to sort my seat out though . All so thanks for all the posts concerning food and drink that seems to be the key for easer rides.
After only 20 days that's an immense distance!
