Edit: I have found that any saddle claiming 'comfort' is indeed providing the opposite of this. Stay away.

That thing is going move and wobble from side to side with every pedal stroke and will be so annoying that within a mile or two you'll wonder why you wasted your money on some stupid designers solution to a problem that doesn't really exist.

Wobbly saddle rails are just a quick fix to mask poor setup, specifically hip rotation caused by a saddle/seatpost set too high. Correct saddle height will stop the movement of your bum on the saddle that this thing claims to cure.
