Dial tightening mechanism loosening

Hello,
Not quite a bike issue more of a shoe one.
My https://www.halfords.com/cycling/cy...hoes/boardman-road-cycle-shoes-44-231502.html tightening mechanism keeps loosing but I’m unsure what the best way is to fix it. Any ideas gratefully received.

No idea on fixes, but Halfords do sell the replacement Atop Spin Buckle (which is the tightening mechanism) for that shoe.

BOA has a lifetime warranty, the other's not so !

I emailed BOA, they asked for pics of the failure and sent a new kit in the post.
