Diabetes UK Wide Cycle Ride from Lands End to John O Groats (or vice versa)

Hi all,

My 12 year old daughter Ruby, myself and my brother in law are going to try and cover 950 miles (i.e. the LeJog distance) between us during the month of April to raise money for Diabetes UK.
Ruby was diagnosed with T1 Diabetes 2 years ago, and is doing well thanks to the research and tech now available to help diabetics.

We are having a great time so far, working on road nervousness and distance whilst balancing blood sugar!

Just an update. We are up to 738 miles now. I'm just shy of 200, the daughter is at 66.54 and the BiL at 476 miles!

As a bonus, it's really helping me get out on the bike more which is nice. I've had a couple of cycling lunches this week (i.e. cycle - lunch - cycle) thanks to the nice weather!
