Anyone bought any of these before?

Just got some from Wiggle on offer at £8.80 - only got them in small (39/40) so thought they'd be OK for me as I am a girly with size 39 feet.

However, finding them very tight to put on and don't want to try any more for fear of busting the zip.

Might be returning these I think

BTW - my last pair were a cheapy pair from Aldi with hat for £6.99 and have been fine - size 6/7 feet.

Sorry, meant to ask if their gear is generally reknowned for being a bit on the small side. I only take a size 6 but there's no way these would ever fit a size 7 shoe even though they're supposed to...

Bit gutted really...

I would but they only had them in small, which is why such a good price. It said small was for feet 39/40 (6/7) so I thought I was onto a winner.

Yep they are on my doorstep! Never had to return anything before though

Overshoes should be tight. And if you bust the zip you can claim they are not fit for purpose....zip them up and give them a go.

I find that dhb gear is on the small size and always order one size up.

I got the same set last winter. The skull cap is magic! The overshoes were about as much use as a chocolate tea pot! My shoes were as wet as if I hadn't bothered. The have been the only failure from Aldi
I just change my socks and dry the shoes out. (Cheap trainers)

I use Planet X winter overshoes. Not fully 100% waterproof but good enough. (they work well when they are used with waterproof socks and overtrousers)

Cheers for your replies.

Have sent the others back now as too small - no others in stock, certainly not at that price anyway!

Had my cheapy Aldi ones on this morning and feet fine. Unfortunately, they are looking rather bedraggled, which is why I need to purchase a new pair.

How long should they last? (I do appreciate I've got el cheapo ones)
