Devon Coast to Coast

I am thinking of riding it on the Scorpion. Does anyone know if there are any problem areas for a 'bent trike, i.e. gates or unmade surfaces?

If I know in advance I could plan a route around, nothing more frustrating than having to retrace your steps.

Plymouth to Tavistock is narrow in parts particularly after Yelverton.
Route 27 out of Peter Tavy is very rough and narrow.
Its a lot Tougher ride than it may appear on the maps and various websites/forums.
