Hi to all

Im new in Biking I have a Devinci Santiago Commuter bike unfortunately the bike tire has a hole in a tube but unfortunately I dont know why size of hex key Ill be needing to remove the rim and change the tube.

I tried all the hex keys I have but no
luck please help on me

I think you’re saying your bike has hex key security fixings instead of quick release hubs. I don’t know what make of hubs you have but on my Scott with Formula hubs they are 6mm so try that. Buy a set as they are always useful for other jobs and adjustments on the bike.
Are the keys you’ve been using metric?

Hi thanks for the reply I bought a full sets of hex key the 6 and 5.5 mm hex doesnt fit at all and I dont what size its gonna be fit below is the pic of the size of it

Sorry, I'm at a loss then. If you can't find a suitable hex wrench you will just have to take it to your local bike shop.
If you don't have one then it's case of removing the surrounding plastic casing and getting a vice grip on it.
