Not sure what position the deralier/jockey wheels should be but mine don't look straight on the chain, when l go for first gear the jockey wheel casing clips the spokes..
Can these be adjusted on the deralier somehow... Or will l have to buy new jockey wheel/casing or a whole new deralier ..

That looks bent. You need to check the hanger as well. You can straighten the cage by stripping it down and using an adjustable spanner or two.

If the hanger is bent, you need a new one.

Just a few more clear photos, had a new hanger a few years back after l came off the bike and it broke..
My bike is a specialised but l got a replacement hanger that fitted the same, l have not came off the bike since so l don't know how it could be damaged..
To me the cage looks slightly damaged, can this be straightened...

Get a new hanger. Take the old one with you or take a photo of it because there are dozens of them.

Don't try to straighten it. They are designed to snap to protect the frame like a fuse in a circuit. In fact once you've identified the hanger, buy two.

Don't ride the bike with it bent in like that, if the cage catches a spoke the damage will be catastrophic.

^As above, it could be that the mech is worn and loose and not able to hold it's integrity. Can't be repaired as the part that develops the play is all sealed up. Check it with the chain slack to see if it is all wobbly where the cage connects to the main part of the mech.
