Deleted Thread Showing in unread Topics

I posted in a now deleted thread and it shows in the unread watched topics tab on the front page.

I can't read it because the thread has been deleted and the thread doesn't show up in my watched topics list. How do I get rid of it?

If it was the violent assault video thread, it was visible in your watched topics list under the "General Cycling" heading - and I've now deleted it for you.

If it was a different topic, you'll have to give me more of a clue and tell me the thread title.
