Hi all, sorry but I know this has been discussed before. I have searched previous threads but didn't want to dig up dead threads.
I have been using the mickle method of cleaning/relubing my chain but I feel it is time to strip down chain/sprockets and degrease? I have only used finishline wet lube but the crud buildup is terrible. I mickle about every week or 2 but don't always relube, just wipe wipe and re-wipe.
I have seen this http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Green-Oil-Clean-Chain-Degreaser_41768.htm Seems ok? OR would I be better to spend money on tools ie, chain splitter? sprocket socket, chain whip? and degrease with solvents. I am in a scratch head decision confusion moment, please advise
