Defy or Allez

Ok i've got £500 to spend and it's a choice between giant defy 4 09 (£475) or a spesh allez 2010 (£499) i'm going on weds to try out both, so just looking for a bit of advice as to which is the better bike.

Defy 4 2010 model is out soon with Shimano 2300 kit @ £475.

Nicer colour than the 09 model.

Good price on the spec - I am sure i was told £600 at our lbs
