Is it kosher or just plain poncey to use an XT skewer with a Deore hub - are all shimano skewers created equal in the eyes of Big S - or is it just plain against the rools? Decisions - Decisions

I'd be tempted to go for allen key skewers for a touch more security.

Front end is an allen skewer already and I think that is the final solution for the rear - Ive got a set of trans X semi-security skewers in my tool box - it also makes removing the wheel without taking the luggage off the racks easier.
