Hi all... My single speed Charge Plug was stolen and I am looking for a replacement. I was thinking of going for the new Charge Plug 0 since I was sort of addicted to my bike, but i have been looking into other options more or less in the same price range (£300-400). My shortlist includes: Charge Plug 0 (2017 colour is not my favorite though), Fuji Feather and State Bicycle Rutherford. Are these that much different from each other? I will use it as a commuting bike, should I just go for the cheapest option? Or are there any differences in the specs that I should be thinking of? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated!

If theres a chance of getting it nicked, cheap and cheerful is the way to go. Another Plug then.

Go try some out? Where do you live? If london, Evans and Cyclesurgery have a good choice in store
Or look for a scruffy second hand one, less nickable (ask the seller for proof of purchase/receipt, if they get arsey, walk away). Something like this

Have you considered making one? It's a lot easier than you'd think, very satisfying ('I made that!'), and you can end up with a cracker (that's less likely to be nicked) for peanuts. Start off by searching eBay for Raleigh/Peugeot/Claude Butler and the like, in your size, within ten miles of you, and take it from there.
