BBB aqua shield are serving me well into my 3 rd winter. They may have changed their name since ( water flex?) but well worth a look at £24.95 - Chain Reaction Cycles. You may find them cheaper elsewhere.

I like the Endura Neoprene ones, they're usually around that price.

+1 for the Endura Neoprene Road Overshoes. Keeps my feet warm and dry. On real cold days I double them up with a pair of SealSkinz waterproof socks.

endura neoprenes but hopefully the zip will be better they have a tendency to have a knackered zip

Neoprenes ive heard are warmer and ive used my first pair today(northwave Blade 2's) and there pretty good, i had Endura ones before and they were pants.
