Decent rides in Kegworth area??????

Hi
I am on a course next week and staying in sunny Kegworth (I know , lucky me!)
If the chance arises (as I am taking my road bike) I fancy getting some miles in during the evening. Does anybody come from/know the area and can recommend any routes in the area?

Don't envy you that. I used to spend 2 nights a week at the Whitehouse Hotel in Kegworth in my last job.

Don't know any particular rides but there is load of lovely countryside just the other side of the motorway especially so sure you'll be able to find something.

One planned route is : Kegworth, Gotham, East Leake, Hoton, Sutton Bonnington and back to Kegworth. About 20 miles, on very nice country roads.

That sounds good, will give it a try.
If the country side is as nice as you say will be fun doing one of my magical mystery rides!!!!
