Looking for some new shorts with a good bit of padding, my old ones are cheap ones that were useless to start off with but as i now ride quite a bit im used to them for a daily ride, they are no good for the weekend longer distance fun though. Which ones are well padded, comfy and where is best to get them? Thanks in advance ))

check out the DHB brand at Wiggle. Thier bibs are hard to beat for quality, comfort and price. Look good and long lasting.

Castelli is a brand I find to be really comfortable with loads of style. They are not typically cheap in general however if you look for last years kit for teams sponsored by Castelli you can usually find some real bargains.

DHB are good, so are Castelli...

Our club has Endura shorts and they're not bad either. I think thy're the 'enhanced' version, but the pad is very comfy

I have about 8 or 9 pairs of shorts, and I reach for my Impsport one's more than any others. Impsport for many years made the GB team kit and most of the factory are keen sporting cyclist.

I am not connected in any way with the above company other than being an extremely satisfied customer for many years.

I didn't like the thought of Bib's but since my winter ones were bibs I cannot imagine riding with anything else now. Castelli for me too, the only thing I do not like about them is the logo tends to corrode off. Having said that mine are getting washed everyday.

I've been very impressed with Stanteks leg gear. I've got 3 different pairs now and they easily surpass my Endura ones (and I do like their stuff). Customer service is very good too, as I found out when I ordered the wrong size.
