Have a look at merlin cycles

I got fulcrum racing 5's, admittedly for campag but they came complete with two hope QR skewers and a campag lockring, which I didn't expect at all and also £20 less than anywhere else, sod's to fit tyres to, but that's anoter issue and no doubt my problem not the wheels!

merlin is where I got my RS20's from recently.
Ordered Wednesday night, received Friday morning. Excellent service.

Wheels are for road work, lots of hills around me so want something to help power up them.

In that case weight is everything (well nearly).

It's worthwhile making sure that you don't skimp on the tyres. There's no point spending £130 on a new wheelset only to stick a rubbish set of tyres on it. As the tyres are the furthest point out from the hub they have the highest rotational mass. The weight of the tyres really does have a HUGE impact on the way the bike climbs and accelerates.

PLanet-x wheels (model B) are only ~1650g. I don't know the weight of the other sets mentioned here but for the money they're a very light wheelset. (and knowing P-x probably sold out).

As for the tyres. If this was summer I would recommend something like the Mitchelin Pro 3. Sadly, although the pro race are very quick tyres they wear VERY quickly and they're not that puncture resistant. Over winter you're probably better off going for something like Conti Grand Prix 4 Season, or if you're on a budget Bonti Hardcase race lite.
