I used these Decathlon shoes for about a year when I first ventured into the world of clipless pedals. They are a well made starter shoe if you are looking to try clipped in. The sole is reasonably stiff, far better than the carp sold at Sportsdirect. They take road cleats, the three bolt cleat type so Shimano Spd-sl or Look Keo etc. They are a 10.5 or Euro 45 and size up fairly well maybe leaning more towards a 10. They have the type of wear you would expect having being used for a full year.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I have the decathlon MTB type and they are cracking shoes for the money, looks like the above could take 2 bolt spd as well but it would stick out like road cleats .

Last reduction on these, or they stay as a spare pair or go on the bay.
