Dawes Impulse

Hi All
Bought this bike for £20 then spent £15 new cables and brake pads and good strip clean rebuild and came up like this

And forgot to say it came from a charity shop !!
The previous owner put on new tyres and new sealed bottom bracket bearings and new chain.
Rode it a couple of times then put her the shed and left her no idea how long though.
She is a Dawes Impulse 14 speed and got shimano exage 400ex brakes,brake leavers,front and rear mech
and biopace chain rings 42/52. and 25inch frame i can not ride any bigger bike thats my limit
She came up alot better than i ever thought i am well happy with her

Now that's a bargain. Not sure it's my colour scheme, but then I'm with Henry Ford on most things.

twenty quid - bloody hell, that was a bargain
massive frame, though
