Strip and clean it up. Very much a budget build, I'm using my spares stash for most of it will need new tyres.

It's 21 inch frame which is the perfect size for me.

That's my thoughts, the rear mudguard had been repaired with an aluminium plate as well.

I'd say that was 19".

Definitely 21" I measured it. Found the Dawes brochure online and 21" was the smallest size for the Fireball.

Afternoon of parts refurbishing. I think I've saved the Brooks B17. For the last week it's had layers of Proofide applied and a leather punch and boot laces have reshaped it.
