I picked up a couple of bikes today, another Raleigh 531 tourer and this rather neglected

it’s absolutely filthy and had a couple of flat tyres, but I pumped them both up rode it around the close and it rides stops and selects all 5 gears.
both wheels are straight and the Weinmann brakes are fine. The seat stem and seat post also both move freely. BB and headset don’t have any movement
so plans for this is to go through it, deep clean it, give it a service and probably pop it on Gumtree, it’s quite a small frame size so an easy seller here in Oxford, people love these old school simple town bikes.
