just got this off ebay because i am a sucker for chrome lugs and it helps my autosol adddiction.does anybody know much about these machines

My memory is pretty hopeless but didn't that Celeste variant have a lugless frame with fake chrome lugs slipped over and held on with the headset?

As ever I could be completely wrong lol

you could be right as a catalogue says it uses patent bronze brazing as used in racing cars

got the bike home frame looks ok but will need new handlebar stem and will replace the seat with a classic 80s black quilted item, the wheels look too far gone though.the good news is that the seat and handlebars are not stuck

How are you getting on with this gerbil? I watched it on eBay with a mind to getting it but bought a 60s viking from literally down the road from me instead

the frame has been stripped down with only one stubborn cotter pin so far but i have a carlton that i need to finish first
