Ok thought I would write up a wee review on these, probably the most expensive shorts I`ve bought at £60 ( yes they are in the sale now ). First thing, they are very comfy on the bike, decent pad ( will come onto that in a bit ) and the fit is good. Normally I take a large in clothes and the large in these was spot on. Tight fitting with lots of support but more fitted for on the bike rather than off it as the bibs are tight standing up but relax when on the bike.
Now the bad, only had them about 3 months and the stitching has come away on both sides of the pad in the crotch area. To be honest I was wary of them when I saw that but thought maybe these will be ok but alas, like a lot of shorts this is a failing. Have now got the needle and thread out to repair but not terribly amused.
To be also fair they have been worn alot and also washed daily when used following the washing instructions but I expect more from performance type shorts!
