Did my eyes deceive me or was he riding with an oversized rear hub? What was it?

Was it not a Power Hub?

I saw something similar (oversized carbon hub) on the bike of the lbs owner.

Power Tap - similar idea to the SRM Power Cranks but not quite as good, but a bit cheaper.....all biggo bucks though !
