He's a moderately successful actor who's perfectly fine in the right role. Unless he's done summatt awfull I'm unaware of I've no reason to knock the guy

To be fair, he's likely booked to play within his range. If you want King Lear you'd maybe spread the net wider

He's ok at playing himself, he's straight talking and plays a good hardman. Unlike Jason Statham who can't act any role to save his life, and the American accent he tries is truly laughable
