There are a couple of books out by people who have pledged themselves to sex once a day. It's unclear from the reviews whether this is seen as committing to rather a lot, or whether it is a form of rationing.

What are the views here? Is anyone committed to sex once a day? Is is a burden or a restriction?

Definitely with another. One book was by a woman who decided as a 40th birthday present that she would have sex once a day with her husband. I'm not sure whether the present was easing off from a more demanding schedule.
