I think the Giant Halfway was a similar weight possibly a bit lighter and a fairly competitively priced bike but you also get many carbon fibre folding bikes from Chinese and Taiwanese manufacturers that are well below 10kg because of the small wheels. I feel ultra lightweight is a bit of an exaggeration with lightweight probably being more applicable. I remember picking up a Halfway in a dealer and was well impressed with the weight but then it only has a single fork blade and single sided chain/seat stay.
