Dahon Bike Parts

Typically after the first couple of uses a Dahon specific part (LHS magnetic metal stopper that screws to rear of frame and keeps bike together when folded) has fallen off. Any ideas on how/where to secure a replacement?

A Dahon dealer.. failing that a shop which has an account with Fisher Outdoor leisure Ltd. who are the UK importers. You could call their warranty dept yourself, they might send you one for nowt.

Managed to pick up this part from Cycle Magic in Whitechapel. All credit to them they fitted it straight away.

Interestingly they are no longer Dahon dealers; said that the expensive (£500 +) Dahon bikes were being made too light and were falling to bits too often. He said mine should be okay as it's cheap, heavy and nasty.
