D lock mounts

Some time ago another poster uploaded a picture of a D lock mounted on the handle bars looking like triathalon bars, would someone please let me know where the mounts can be purchased or if the mounts are not availabe as a seperate item where the lock and mounts can be bought, thank you.

It might have just been a standard frame mount put on the handlebars - usually the mounts come with the lock. Mine did but due to the frame geometry, didn't fit...
