Cyclogs

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but can anyone point me in the direction of an FAQ for using cyclogs?

What software do people use etc (i.e can I use my windows mobile PPC with GPS? )

Do I need to export from google maps or http://www.bikely.com/

I'm confused!

Now you are confusing me!
Once you have signed in, operation is fairly straightforward, I think. No need to download maps or have gps, it is the simplicity of the site that appeals to many.

I think I've spotted the reason for the confusion, it was between my monitor and my chair!

Beware, logging your rides can have serious consequences in terms of competitiveness!

You're right, it's not working (although I don't usually look at it so it may be what they had to fix when Cyclogs was down recently).

Where are you looking for today's record? Try 'log' or 'summary' screens, they should show it.

You won't appear on the front page unless your ride today was 300 miles-ish!

You do appear on the front (home) page - I'm at position 129 at the moment (with 63 miles) and I can see who the leaders are in positions 1 through to 20 and then 10 either side of me ie position 120 through to 139! It's cos you're always in the top 20 Auntie Helen

Mike, if there's nothing in 'log', or on the right hand side of your screen, I suspect the ride you entered didn't actually get saved. Perhaps try it again!
