It really helped me sort my gears. Never touched them before and had no clue about indexing them, they're very smooth when shifting now and much better than when it came back from a Halford service.

DVD's now been put away for future reference

What sort of maintenance does it cover in the DVD?

Changing a tube/ replacing brake pads/ servicing headset/ rejoining a chain/ fixing a front rear derailleur/ servicing a bottom bracket.

I got it when I was in the UK recently and agree that the DVD is very clear and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
