Cyclist killed in Derby. RIP

I rare to hear about cycle deaths in Derby itself, a lot of road works at the moment in Derby causing a lot of roads to become diversion routes, male pronounced dead at the scene on Osmaston road.

There's a narrow cycle lane on this strip of road, incident occured at 1pm and an HGV driver has been arrested for causing death by driving without due care and attention.

Such a shame.
