Funnily enough... 
I was just using Streetview to look at some narrow lanes in the Yorkshire Dales. The Streetview car came up behind a tractor towing a trailer and was stuck close behind for at least 6 or 7 km. I saw at least 5 places where the tractor driver could have pulled over to let the traffic behind go past but he didn't bother...
