The bottom paragraph says that a cyclist was in a collision with a lorry, a mile from the police van incident yesterday. Poor chap was trapped under the wheels of a lorry for an hour and is now in hospital.

It's a bit misleading. The article goes on to the skip lorry/left hook/Askew Road accident earlier, though the ES originally said that the cyclist was trapped under the truck for 6 hours, not ''over one hour'' as it reports.
