Strangely enough I think your little fella avatar demonstrates it well, two eyes two ears two legs and so on provides a balance that is essential for a cyclist. It is possible if not fully endowed but when you struggle to focus like your little guy you may not want to be on the roa on only two wheels. Ask me how I know.
What are your concerns? Balance? Hearing? Both? Something else? Cyclists should rely on their eyes far more than their hearing so if you don't already look behind you I would suggest learning how to and practicing first in a quiet location: cycle in a straight line, keep 2/3rds of body weight on saddle, keep pedaling and try a look over each shoulder. Let us know how you get on
Hi I use 2 hearing aids normaly. I find when I'm cycling the wind rush is too loud so don't wear them on the bike but carry them in a box and put them back in when I get off the bike.

Same here - between the wind noise and the traffic noise its like being in one of them car chase sequences in the movies where the sound gets turned up for effect
Two aids here also.Take them out too noisy. My mates know to shout at me to talk and if i don't reply they know why.Too much hissing and wind noise spoils the day out.
