Cycling video overlays?

I have an Insta 360, so far only used it for skiing, but plan to use it on the bicycle.

I’ve seen on a few YouTube channels stats overlaid on the screen, such as elevation, speed, how is that achieved?

I’ve done something similar before using Virb Edit from Garmin.

With cycliq cameras you can tell the cycliq software to find the ride recording on Strava. It then figures out your speed and other stats at the time of recording and overlays it on the video.

At least, that's the theory. I've got a cycliq camera but I've never actually used that feature.

I realise that's not much use to you as you have a different kind of camera. But that's the theory anyway.
