Well I forced my self to buy some cycling shorts today after months of trying to not look like a cyclist! Ha and what a difference it has made, not so much the padding, my bum was still numb after 12 miles, but my legs felt much stronger, no pains in my thighs like I normally get, I'm guessing it's because of the tightness of the shorts compressing the muscles?? Any way I'm not after a medal just thought I'd tell the world! Ha
