For the first time ever, i got really into this years Tour De France and watched quite a bit of it on TV. I am just wondering if there are any other tours on TV and what are the best channels to watch cycling on.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, couldnt find approriate part.

I think ITV4 will be covering the Tour Of Britain in September, probably just an hour in the evening, but maybe a live stage too

Pick up an old analogue satellite system for a pittance and receive free International Eurosport in English.

You'll get all 3 3-week Grand Tours, 10 single day 'classics', many semi-classics, several shorter stage races, track cycling, the world cycling championships etc.

Nobody seems to know how long the service will continue. I've already had about 10 years out of my system and I only paid about £30 for it, plus £10 to someone to go up a ladder to fix the dish up for me.

International Eurosport is great. Just don;t rely on their published schedules, if recording add a few hours on at the start and finish!

Eurosport HD where available (and hopefully it will be available to quite a few more in the next few months).
