A useful e book written by a paramedic and cyclist. There are one or two graphic images but it is in context. Some of it is pretty obvious but there are also some elements that are definitely worth being aware of.

I get loads of stick about always having mini first aid kit in my saddle pack...until wiping gravel out of peoples cuts and covering with a sterile dressing!
