Humtingdon?![]()
is that near York :?:
Huntingdon is between cambridge and peterborough just of the A1
Did the 'No Excuses' round there - Lovely place to cycleThis is my neck of the woods, where do you ride Zexel? I spend a lot of time riding through Brampton and up to Grafham, from there either towards Perry / St Neots, or Buckden / Offords / Godmanchester etc depending on time.
I like cycling to Grafham reservoir (via the old Brampton Rd) round it and back on my MTB.
St Neots CC are just down the road from Huntingdon...http://stneotscycling.tumblr.com/ for more info. We've got a couple of members who regularly head out from Buckden.
We're heading out for a long ride this Friday if you want to escape the wedding!

Actually went to Grafham Water through Brampton for the first time a few weeks ago with the other half. I cycled round the reservoir while the wife stayed in the cafe. Oh yeah, discovered the Grafham bike shop too. Some nice bikes in there to paw
I have cycled the Godmanchester/Offords/St Neots once before while on my way to London, I do keep forgetting about that route. Most of the cycling I do I go north through Gt/Lt Stukeley, Alconbury Weston and do a circular route that takes me through lots of little villages and quiet roads, virtually up to Peterborough and back round passing Hamerton zoo.
