Cycling buddy in burnley

Hi all I am looking for a cycling buddy in the Burnley area. A bit of background I've not been cycling long and manage a supersonic 11 miles an hour on my hybrid. Enjoy towpaths or roads (especially quiet lanes). Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks
