The post office tracking number shows that it was delivered in January.

Received this from cyclestore, not to me specifically but to a list:

You may have received an email today with the subject line "Royal Mail
Tracked XX Delivery Order number XXXXXX has been dispatched."
If you placed an order with Cyclestore in the past and have already received
delivery of your items then please ignore the earlier dispatch email.
If you placed an order with Cyclestore recently and are still awaiting
delivery of your items then the earlier dispatch email will contain details
of delivery and it's tracking number where applicable.
We apologise for any inconvenience if you received this in error, we had a
technical issue with our notification system, but rest assured this has now
been resolved.
