I'm just wondering one of the lads I work with has some sort of clip on the sole so his foot stays on the pedal. I'm just wondering if someone knows where I can get a size 14 uk. ???

At a decent bike shop or online. You will also need to buy clipless pedals which come with the cleat part that goes on the shoe.

Like all shoes, you really should try them out for size first. I recommend that you visit a decent bike shop and look at the options. Size 14 is going to be a challenge, I suspect.

Think the size 14 may be the tricky bit.
Specialized do upto 49 and some Shimano do upto 50.
There's a Specialized concept store in Bristol and Evans might be worth a try for stock size though odds are you'll have to order either in shop or online.

There are 2 basic types 1)spd and 2)spd-sl (also similar to Look keo and Time)

spd's are good to walk in whereas spd-sl's are clumsy in this area but better as regards pedalling.

So what's the diff as when I get to work I'm just going to put my work boots on. The lad at work sort of turns his foot sideways to put his foot on the floor. Also I have just orderd my new moutain bike as some shithead has stolen my bike I was useing. I have a dawes mean streek in a 22inc frame On the way looking forward to geting on it.

no as he works days and i work nights he wants to get home and i want to get working so we see each other for about 20sec a week at best.
