Cycle wall hanger... Do they damage wheels?

The bike weighs say 10kg on its own, do they get damaged when you add say another 65kg ? The answer is no, they do not.

I've used a similar style.
Pay attention to how you fix it to the wall.
A regular rawlplug will not do.
You need a proper expansion bolt, at least for the top hole.
 
I've got 8 of those Halford ones, with a variety of wheel and tyre sizes in them, they're fine. The only damage I'm likely to do is to a valve which always seems to rotate so it's in the way of putting it on the hangar. There must be a law I know nothing about.
