Hello - newbie here, so be gentle!
I'm a small employer who wants to enter the C-t-W scheme and organise it myself, rather than going through one of the existing jobbies (bikeforall, cycle2work, etc.).
The financing side of things looks pretty easy according to the Dept for Transport web page: buy the bike + bits; claim back the VAT; salary sacrifice for, say, 12 months; potentially offer the bike to the employee at "fair market price" at the end of the hire period. All this is very straightforward.
What i'm not sure about is the paperwork: it seems that, according to the Consumer Credit Act, I should offer Pre-Contract information and then a formal Hire Agreement. My question is, does anyone out there have simple samples of these that I can plagiarise?
TIA,
Ashley
