I got Evans to price match CS on some Gore shorts, as Evans had my size, CS didn't

I see these shoes for £70 at CS even without a sale. WTH kinda sale is this?

I went for the Altura Classic one- bit retro looking

Also they have half price Crud Road Racer Mudguards MK 2 - I phoned them as they were original price £30 to check to see if they're definitely the MK 2 as the text doesn't say and they are, they're 2014 model and she assured me the text should have said MK 2 (I will find out on their arrival)
