Cycle recovery insurance

Has anyone used a cycle recovery through a cycle insurance Policy? doing the C2C wondering if it’s worth having?

I’ve had ETA for a few years, never had cause to use it (but at £18, the price has stayed the same for me, it’s worth it for peace of mind). Don’t know whether it would work completely for remote/off road rescues
